Inbound and Outbound Telefundraiser

DESCRIPTION: Inbound and Outbound call fielding to assist with membership sales, donations, surveys, information updates.

Ideally you are a strong advocate for charities, possibly even fundraised for them in the past. You understand human rights, politics, and environmental issues and are excited to talk about it all with your social circles. You have a quiet space in your home. You have previous experience in call centers, retail (sales/cashier) or restaurants (server/barista/bartender). You are eager and passionate about creating real lasting change for people across Canada and across the world.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Must have excellent English communication skills
bilingual with fluent French an asset
Strong interpersonal skills
A friendly and professional demeanor
Call center experience is an asset
Customer service experience is an asset
Previous fundraising for a charity is an asset
Political awareness is an asset
Knowledge of human rights and environmental issues and asset
Computer literacy
Must be able to work from home
A police background check is required
Self-motivated, results oriented people
High attention to details
Caring and compassionate
able to be professional ambassador for our clients and their supporters

WHAT WE OFFER:

Full-time hours
Work with charities and make a big impact on peoples lives.
Full time Shift: 12:30 to 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday
